Questions/Contact

"On this Earth" is a concert series aimed at enlightening and empowering audiences to make a difference "on this earth" in their local community. Through the artistry and insight of diverse and creative songwriters, musicians, poets and speakers, On this Earth informs audiences about various needs in the community, introduces them to local organizations active in meeting those needs and, finally, empowers them to get involved themselves.

On this Earth is the non-profit community outreach of Lorna Bracewell.

About Episode VI

On this Earth is about diversity... bringing unique and diverse artists together for a fresh and unrepeatable collaboration of sound, thought and ideas, yet supporting a single common good. In this case, peace, dignity and respect of all human beings, including those most vulerable in our culture to violence, those served by Community Action Stops Abuse, or CASA.

Bracewell herself introduces her fans and supporters to this watershed Episode like this:

Beyond the excellence of the performers and the venue's superb sound quality, what will make this concert truly unique is that, with the exception of me, the songwriters are all men. We hope in our performance to embody CASA's motto, "It takes a whole community to stop domestic violence." Violence in our homes and in our community is not just a "women's issue." Men too and in equal measure have a stake in ending domestic violence.
